Aplikaterm® - Features

Some of the features found in Aplikaterm v1.3.1:

• Multilingual: supports any language/alphabet in the Unicode standard (virtually all known languages, including all European languages, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, etc.), as well as multi-language projects
   
• Validation cycle: most terms begin life as a “guess”, but are later assigned a status: recommended, accepted, not in use, incorrect
   
• Search/Replace: search and replace lists for re-reading are automatically constructed on a per-project basis, as the terms get validated
   
• Role-based access: each user is assigned one of four roles, determining which functionality is available to him.
   
• Exports to Word: the full results of any search may be exported as a Word document (RTF format).
   
• Exports to TBX: the entire database can be exported in the TBX format (TermBase eXchange, an XML standard for terminology bases)
